Large town centre pub originally built around 1870 and reopened in 2015 following an extensive refurbishment and change of name, reopened again following a further refurbishment in November 2021 as a sports bar with ten televisions and many tables overlooking the street. An upstairs function room is available, which has been named the Terry Jones suite, with it's own bar which can accommodate up to 100 people.
